Knowledge

Knowing is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do.

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

In the context of the digital transformation, knowledge workers will have to be able to lead themselves and manage their tasks independently.
In the future, capital, labour, raw materials and land will no longer be the only decisive factors in our economy. Instead, knowledge related to real and accurate data, both that from the internet and that from the intranet of companies and organisations, will be of crucial relevance.
An important skill of knowledge workers will be that of communication. For example, being able to listen to relevant information from customers or colleagues, understand its content, process it technically and pass it on will be important.
Productive knowledge consists of being able to see and recognise both the whole forest and the individual tree.
Knowledge workers will never lose their relevance because they have the knowledge and skills to adapt to change.
